Company: Time To Cum Ltd. · Contact: [email protected]

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.

Data we collect

  • Account data (username, email), profile and preferences.
  • Usage data (pages viewed, interactions, device/rough location via IP), logs, and diagnostics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, analytics, security and advertising.
  • User-generated content and reports you submit.

Why we use it

  • Provide and secure the service (performance of contract, legitimate interest).
  • Moderation, fraud/abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Improve features and personalize content (consent where required).
  • Advertising and measurement with partners (consent where required).

Sharing

We share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, ads, anti-abuse), successors in case of merger, and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We retain data as long as needed for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations; then we delete or anonymize it.

IP addresses, browser and server logs

When an account is created, we record the IP address and browser type used, to prevent abusive sign-ups and fraud. The IP address and browser of the most recent login are also kept for account security. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the site and its members. This data is deleted automatically after 90 days: 90 days after sign-up for sign-up data, and 90 days after the last login for login data.

Like any web server, our servers record the IP address, requested page and browser of each request in technical logs. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are deleted after 52 days.

An account whose email address has not been confirmed within 24 hours is deleted automatically.

To detect suspicious activity and fraud, our administrators may look up the approximate location of a member's IP address (country, city and network provider) using a third-party IP geolocation service. Only the IP address is sent to that service; lookups are made on demand by administrators, are used solely for security and anti-fraud purposes, and the result is not stored.

Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g., EU/EEA/UK), you may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. You can also withdraw consent at any time.

Contact: [email protected]. If unresolved, you may contact your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.

Children

This service is strictly for 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Report any concerns immediately.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noticed on this page.
